Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. Working remotely, you will help boost online visibility, engage customers, and drive traffic to the company’s Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report on campaign performance data such as open rates, website traffic, and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
