Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will help improve online visibility, craft engaging content, and assist with key marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and website channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data (e.g., open rates, traffic, conversions) using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
