Senior Pitch Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pitch Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end pitch delivery for new business, RFPs and cross‑market opportunities. Working remotely, you will act as the operational backbone of our new‑business activity, turning complex briefs into on‑time, high‑quality submissions. The role combines rigorous project‑management discipline with a deep understanding of what makes a pitch successful.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute pitches from brief receipt through final submission, building detailed timelines and resource schedules.
• Align creative, strategy, production and senior leadership teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability and decision‑making.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies and resolve blockers to keep momentum.
• Control pitch budgets, estimate costs, negotiate with freelancers and production partners, and handle invoicing and reconciliation.
• Mentor junior project managers or coordinators, sharing best‑practice processes and tools.
• Apply generative AI tools to streamline documentation and improve overall team output.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in an agency, in‑house studio or new‑business environment, delivering complex multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Hands‑on experience owning pitch processes end‑to‑end and a clear sense of the factors that drive pitch success.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to engage senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pitches, shifting between strategic oversight and detailed execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana or Smartsheet.
• Fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Advanced use of generative AI tools for workflow automation and documentation.
• Experience designing AI‑assisted workflows and managing project‑level production budgets.
