Demand & Supply Planner – Africa

About the role

The company is a globally recognised premium consumer brand seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to support its Africa operations. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimisation across multiple African markets, working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all African markets.
• Create supply plans that balance inventory levels, service targets and production capacity.
• Lead S&OP processes and coordinate replenishment planning.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, marketing, operations and supplier teams to ensure stock availability and supply‑chain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory performance and implement optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end demand and supply planning experience.
• Strong exposure to S&OP, forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and forecasting tools.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Essential exposure to African markets.
• Background in FMCG, beverage or premium consumer goods preferred.
• Commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Leadership potential with ambition to progress to a Planning Director role.
