Demand Planner & Buyer

About the role

This position supports the organization by improving demand forecasts and order fulfilment while reducing ordering errors. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic insights that drive optimal order quantities and continuously enhance forecast models.

Key responsibilities

• Report daily on order fill rates and refresh reorder templates from Navision.
• Roll‑over monthly reorder templates and collaborate with the EU purchasing team on inputs, processes and metrics.
• Review draft purchase orders, identify trends, and participate in monthly S&OP meetings.
• Design and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy and maintain forecasting models.
• Draft purchase orders for Henry Schein inter‑company and brand vendors, update pricing, quantities and ETAs, and liaise with logistics for large shipments.
• Provide regular updates to sales & marketing on product availability and conduct monthly forecast reviews.

• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and capable of strategic thinking.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working under pressure.
