Debtors Supervisor

About the role

Our client, a leading motor industry company in Mbombela, is looking for a detail‑oriented Debtors Supervisor to lead its debtors team. The role involves overseeing the full debtors cycle, ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly and weekly debtors reporting
• Maintain and administer credit applications
• Handle professional client liaison
• Prepare accurate monthly reconciliations
• Manage the debt collection process
• Prepare settlement discounts
• Liaise with fleet merchants
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• General administration and filing
• Supervise and lead a team of Debtors Clerks

Required profile

• Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Accounting
• Relevant qualification related to the position
• Proven debtors experience, including previous Debtors Supervisor experience
• Ability to work productively under pressure
• Strong time management and organisational skills
