About the role
We are looking for a motivated Data Capturer to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data assets. In this role you will be responsible for entering, maintaining and reporting data that supports key business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems, following established protocols.
- Generate reports and visualisations to communicate findings and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data capture and analysis.
- Collaborate with operations, management and other cross‑functional teams to meet data‑related requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education; certifications in data analysis or database management are a plus.
- At least two years of experience in data capture or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot anomalies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines and handle confidential information.
- Team‑player attitude with professional stakeholder engagement.
