Customer Success Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B sales professionals with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is recruiting a full-time, independent contractor Customer Success Manager to join a growing team. The role is the primary advocate for clients, owning the post-sales relationship, running retention strategies and securing renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, guiding them through the entire customer lifecycle
• Develop and run data-driven retention plans to minimise churn and keep customers satisfied
• Manage renewals end to end, spotting expansion opportunities and ensuring timely contract completion
• Run regular business reviews to align solutions with the client's evolving goals
• Monitor customer health metrics and act early on at-risk accounts
• Work with Sales and Product teams to share customer feedback and shape the product roadmap

Required profile

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention, churn reduction and renewal targets
• Strong rapport-building with stakeholders from end users to C-suite executives
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace, and a background in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Experience leading customer training sessions or webinars
