Customer Relationship & Support Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager/Customer Support Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients. In this fully remote position you will guide customers through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and help them achieve success with our healthcare automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring platform success.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Lead onboarding processes and deliver training to maximize client usage.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Track and report on satisfaction metrics, support tickets, and engagement levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer relationship management or support, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work UK business hours.
