CSI Administrator

About the role

Hollywood Foundation is looking for a CSI Administrator to join its team in Umhlanga, Durban on a fixed-term contract. The role covers all CSI-related administrative functions and reporting for the business on a national basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support the company's CSI objectives and help implement projects that drive CSI strategy nationally.
• Delegate administrative functions to juniors and check their quality.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, managers and team members, and inform the CSI team of management plans.
• Support the execution of CSI initiatives and events nationally, including marketing to raise brand awareness in local communities.
• Respond to administrative requests from charities and NGOs, and maintain the national database of sponsors and beneficiaries.
• Own the CSI corporate calendar of events and compile departmental reports as needed.
• Help the business stay compliant with industry and legislative requirements and manage relationships with the Gambling Boards across regions.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Required profile

• Completed or currently studying a relevant degree or diploma.
• 1 to 2 years of administration experience.
• Only applicants meeting the stated minimum requirements will be considered.

Required skills

• Intermediate MS Excel.
• Good communication, interpersonal, planning, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and deliver quality results on time.
