Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing environment. You will identify inefficiencies, lead improvement projects, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that boosts productivity, quality, and cost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects across operations.
• Conduct time studies, process analysis and root‑cause investigations.
• Drive waste reduction, cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
• Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure ERP (Odoo or similar) accuracy and production data integrity.
• Improve production planning parameters such as BOMs, routings and lead times.
• Monitor and improve stock accuracy and operational performance metrics.
• Train teams on new processes and support change adoption.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and safety standards.
• Support cross‑functional alignment and manage projects from initiation to implementation.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
• Data analysis and KPI management.
• Root‑cause analysis techniques (5 Why, A3).
• ERP systems experience – Odoo or similar.
• Production planning and operational workflow knowledge.
• GMP and ISO standards compliance.
• SOP development and process documentation.
