Content & Communications Specialist

About the role

CM Solutions is seeking a curious and proactive Content & Communications Specialist to turn complex technical information into engaging written and visual stories. You will work closely with technical experts, capture the company’s achievements, and help promote the brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and develop stories that showcase expertise, projects, and events.
• Interview technical staff and attend meetings to gather newsworthy content.
• Create, edit and publish content for social media, case studies, capability sheets and other marketing material.
• Manage and edit the monthly company newsletter.
• Produce photography, graphics and short‑form video content.
• Monitor industry trends, client activities and competitor communications.
• Analyse digital performance and recommend engagement improvements.
• Support internal recognition programmes and assist with event planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing.
• Minimum three years’ experience in corporate communications, PR or content marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills for professional audiences.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and project‑management ability.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager and chase information when needed.
