Consultant Physician Positions – Cayman Islands

About the role

IMS Recruitment is seeking experienced consultant physicians to join a leading private hospital in the Cayman Islands. The positions cover a range of specialties, offering the chance to work in a premium, tax‑free environment with excellent living conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality inpatient and outpatient care within the assigned specialty.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and supervise junior medical staff.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and emergency response as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship activities for trainees.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent with completed residency.
• Board certification and current registration in the relevant specialty.
• Minimum five (5) years of post‑board experience as a consultant.
• Eligibility for registration in the Cayman Islands.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Specialist clinical expertise in the designated discipline (e.g., pediatrics, neonatology, cardiology, neurology, intensive care).
