Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate you will be the trusted voice for members of Eucalyptus’ Juniper program, building genuine relationships and fostering a supportive online environment that helps people living with obesity achieve lasting health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day activity of the online community, ensuring a positive space where members share experiences and support each other.
• Plan and support virtual events, Q&A sessions, challenges and other initiatives that strengthen member belonging.
• Moderate user‑generated content, responding promptly and empathetically while enforcing community guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to triage, respond to, and escalate patient communications, minimizing safety risks.
• Analyse community metrics and insights to identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives and continuously improve the member experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to engagement.
• Comfortable interpreting engagement data and translating insights into action.
