Construction Foreman – High Rise Projects in Gauteng

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead the day‑to‑day operations on a high‑rise building project in Gauteng. The successful candidate will coordinate staff, contractors and material deliveries to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily activities on the construction site.
• Supervise staff and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate delivery, storage and allocation of materials and resources.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays and conflicts promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction‑related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in residential property development is advantageous.
