About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Concierge Assistant to be the customer‑facing representative of our members’ concierge service. You will manage tee‑time bookings, handle member enquiries and ensure a seamless experience for golf club members and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to all concierge requests promptly.
- Manage tee‑time bookings using corporate memberships.
- Invoice members for tee‑time bookings and track payments.
- Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring they are logged in the MASHIE app.
- Report any anomalies on the MASHIE app to your supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Maintain a resolution and escalation process for related issues.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of golf rules, formats and etiquette.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the golf industry, customer service or concierge environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Basic knowledge of Xero is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
- Self‑motivated, solutions‑driven and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication, time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
