About the role
The Kitchen Sculler ensures the hotel kitchen remains clean, well‑maintained and organized at all times. You will support a high standard of hygiene while following health and safety policies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure inventory is clean and stocked according to hygiene standards.
- Uphold health and safety practices as defined by The Capital Hotel Group policy.
- Monitor and enforce cleanliness standards throughout all kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Matric (high school) qualification.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Honest, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
- Presentable and well‑spoken.
- Team player who leads by example.
- Proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts.
