Community & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community & Marketing Manager to own and grow the brand of a founder‑led cybersecurity recruitment and consulting firm. Reporting directly to the founder, you will design and execute content, community, events and demand‑generation programmes that attract senior CISOs and security leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and full content calendar, including weekly leadership posts and a newsletter.
• Repurpose podcast and event material into multiple formats to maximise reach.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute high‑impact community events such as intimate dinners, happy hours and industry activations, handling logistics, communications and post‑event follow‑up.
• Build and run demand‑generation systems, creating campaigns that position the firm as the go‑to name in cybersecurity recruitment.
• Manage LinkedIn and Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through optimisation and reporting.
• Launch and operate a leadership podcast targeting the CISO community, handling guest outreach, recording coordination and post‑production workflow.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand or community roles, preferably within B2B professional services or an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in social media, brand building and event activation with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ability to engage senior security executives.
• Self‑starter who can build processes from scratch and own end‑to‑end execution.
