Commercial Sales Representative

About the role

The Commercial Sales Representative will drive business growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and promoting the company's HVAC and mechanical service offerings to the property and construction sectors. This field‑based role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, landlords, consultants and property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial property market.
• Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver cost‑effective, technically sound solutions.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of key stakeholder relationships.

• Experience engaging with property sector stakeholders such as developers, consultants and property managers.
• Professionalism, self‑motivation and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Understanding of refrigeration systems.
