About the role

This position partners with Engineering, Sales and Operations to deliver commercial and financial insight that drives strategic decisions. The role involves analysing performance data, evaluating the impact of operational changes and recommending actions to improve profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Sales and Operations to provide commercial and financial support.
• Translate operational and financial data into actionable business insights.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Support pricing strategies, conduct profitability analysis and maintain pricing models.
• Analyse production, sales and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly commercial and financial reports for senior management.
• Identify cost‑optimisation opportunities and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting and controls.

Required profile

• Highly analytical finance professional comfortable working with large data sets.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence decision‑making across the business.
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Sales and Operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, pricing and cost management.
