Clinical Facilitator – Southern Suburbs (Gauteng)

About the role

The Clinical Facilitator will lead the clinical component of training programmes, ensuring that theoretical knowledge is effectively translated into practice within a healthcare setting. This position supports the organisation's mission to create healing environments by delivering high‑quality education and mentorship to nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Design, schedule and coordinate training and development calendars for clinical staff.
• Facilitate the marking of case studies and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate clinical records for all employees.
• Participate actively in research and development activities to improve products, processes and services for the academic market.
• Lead clinical learning sessions using adult‑learning methodologies.
• Oversee academic‑related projects from planning through execution.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (B. Cur Degree or equivalent).
• Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Compliance with SANC code and applicable healthcare legislation.
• Qualified Nursing Educator, Assessor and Moderator registered with SANC.
• Specialist clinical expertise in your nursing field.

Required skills

• BLS instructor certification.
• Advanced computer literacy.
