Client Support Administrator - Investments & Life Insurance (FTC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator to join a Financial Planning team in Cape Town. The role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisors, processing investment and life‑insurance client instructions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage client instructions for investment and life‑insurance products.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using CRM systems.
• Liaise with clients, advisors, and product providers.
• Prepare and submit compliance documentation in line with FICA and POPIA.
• Monitor client cases through to completion and respond to queries within agreed turnaround times.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the Investments and Long‑Term Insurance industry.
• Proven experience supporting Financial Advisors.
• Hands‑on experience administering investment and life‑insurance products.
• Matric qualification; relevant administration or finance qualification is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
