Client Success Manager

About the role

BRBD is a lead generation agency based in Somerset West that helps trades and small businesses grow through marketing. It is looking for a proactive Client Success Manager to be the main point of contact for its clients, build strong relationships and make sure they get the best value and results from its services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients
• Lead regular client calls, meetings and check-ins to review performance and goals
• Work with internal delivery teams so projects stay on track and deliver great results
• Identify client needs proactively, resolve challenges and keep satisfaction and retention high

Required profile

• Understanding of small businesses and digital marketing
• Previous experience in account management, client success or agency roles
• Based in or close to Somerset West

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail
