Client Director – Influencer Marketing

About the role

The Client Director will drive the success of Humanz’s customers by designing, planning and managing influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion using the Humanz technology platform. The role also focuses on onboarding new clients, ensuring they adopt the platform effectively, and meeting commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns.
• Identify, verify and brief suitable influencers via the Humanz platform.
• Manage influencer relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Ensure campaign objectives are met within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive campaign reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and progress updates.
• Onboard new customers and influencers, addressing queries and support needs.
• Prepare cost estimates, secure contracts or purchase orders, and track revenue and costs in the Humanz back‑office.
• Assist the CEO with operational tasks as the business scales.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years experience in a client‑service leadership role, primarily in influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ employees.
• Strong network within the influencer marketing industry.
• Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Excellent account and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong written communication and campaign reporting skills.
• Good marketing strategy, creative, financial and operational management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team.
