About the role

The CEO will lead StudyAll, a fintech venture dedicated to expanding access to quality education through innovative student lending solutions. This senior position reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for building a technology‑driven financial services business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the lending platform, positioning it as a market leader.
• Develop alternative‑data credit assessment models and flexible repayment products such as income‑share agreements.
• Build and oversee a compliant Non‑Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) operation, including risk assessment algorithms and loan portfolio management.
• Lead technology development, integrating machine learning, AI, and advanced data analytics for credit decisioning.
• Secure regulatory licences, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and maintain relationships with regulators and rating agencies.
• Drive fundraising efforts with venture capital, private equity, and debt financing partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior leadership in fintech, banking or NBFI environments.
• Proven track record scaling consumer or alternative lending businesses.
• Deep knowledge of credit risk management, regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Experience building high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
