Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth of our security solutions portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business strategy aimed at revenue growth and positive customer ratings.
• Maintain and nurture professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote company products and solutions, responding to client inquiries and providing detailed information.
• Monitor sales performance against personal and team targets.
• Organize client training sessions, proof‑of‑concepts, site walks and other resources.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to internal teams to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Proven record of sales growth, preferably in the CCTV or security market.
• Strong solution knowledge in security‑related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate internal resources.
