Brand Head

About the role

The Brand Head will lead the development and execution of Stellantis' brand strategy across South Africa’s competitive automotive market. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this senior role drives brand equity, market share growth, and customer experience across multiple vehicle segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement brand strategy for vehicle segments, model lifecycles, and launch planning.
• Lead retail activation, dealer network execution, and customer ownership experience initiatives.
• Translate market, competitor, pricing, digital demand and performance insights into clear brand positioning and impactful campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, aftersales, finance, product, and dealer teams to align brand actions with commercial goals.
• Monitor brand health indicators and adjust tactics to sustain growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field (master’s degree beneficial).
• Minimum 10 years of brand management or strategic marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of building brand equity, improving consideration, and supporting retail performance.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional project management experience.
