Content Creator – Social Media & Visual Content

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to produce high‑quality visual assets for our client, a leading residential property developer. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn raw footage and images into polished, social‑ready content that showcases affordable housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce high‑quality video and image content from raw material to final social‑media‑ready assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and deliver creative content based on project briefs.
• Capture professional product photography and videography for use across digital platforms.
• Design visually compelling social‑media posts that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Test and optimise creative assets across various digital channels.
• Support the Digital Marketing Consultant and Marketing Coordinators with content creation and campaign initiatives.
• Ensure all output is on‑brand, visually appealing, and optimised for each platform.
• Manage multiple content projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Photography, Design or Marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a content creator.
• Proven experience creating content for social‑media platforms.

Required skills

• Video editing and image post‑production.

• Knowledge of brand guidelines and digital optimisation.
