Bookings & Account Manager – Tenancy & Construction

About the role

Our UK‑based client in the property services sector is looking for a highly organised Bookings & Account Manager to lead client relationships and coordinate service bookings within the Tenancy and Construction Cleaning division. You will act as the central point of contact for letting agents, developers and landlords, ensuring a seamless client experience and an optimised project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of letting agents, developers and landlords, building long‑term relationships.
• Identify and upsell additional services such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting and specialist construction cleaning.
• Manage incoming enquiries, prepare tailored quotations and follow up using a consultative approach.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs in the ServiceM8 job management system, ensuring accurate information for operational teams.
• Maintain client records and communication logs in the CRM system.
• Generate invoices for completed projects and assist with tracking profitability.
• Engage with clients on LinkedIn to share company achievements and industry insights.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, account management, bookings coordination or client services.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
