About the role

The Bartender provides exceptional beverage service, creates a welcoming atmosphere, and manages bar operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Interact with guests professionally, take drink orders, answer menu questions, and give recommendations.
Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to high quality and presentation standards.
Suggest additional items and premium options to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and comply with health, safety and legal regulations, including ID checks.

Required profile

Grade 12 education.
South African passport.
Minimum 3 years relevant bartending experience.

Required skills

Knowledge of beverage menu and standard drink recipes.
Ability to check guest identification and adhere to alcohol service laws.
