About the role
Xpresso Cafe is looking for energetic, friendly and passionate baristas, cashiers and bakers to join its team. The work suits people who enjoy working with others and thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment. Candidates must live in or near Bellville or the surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation, cashier and barista duties; training will be provided
- Support team members in daily cafe operations
Required profile
- Previous restaurant or coffee shop experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and welcoming personality
- Well presented at all times
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- No criminal record
- Team player and hard worker
- Available to start as soon as possible
