Bar Staff – Serve Food & Drinks

About the role

Join a friendly, high‑energy team at The Admiral Collingwood pub, serving food and drinks to customers in a fast‑paced environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive atmosphere for anyone with a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food to tables, complete check‑backs and clear plates within required timeframes.
• Provide friendly customer interactions, greet guests, thank them and build rapport.
• Maintain cleanliness standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces, perform toilet checks, and keep the bar area tidy.
• Assist with glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer‑garden duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Calm under pressure with a good attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow training.
