Bar Staff – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Join a lively team at The Admiral Collingwood pub, serving food and drinks in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive atmosphere for anyone with a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food to tables, complete check‑backs, and clear plates promptly.
• Provide friendly customer interactions, build rapport, and promote promotions and events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and ‘clean as you go’ hygiene across the bar, floor, and beer garden.
• Assist with glass‑washing, restocking fridges, and other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly with a calm head under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Good attitude and ability to adapt to flexible shift patterns.
