Automation Developer

About the role

Network IT is seeking an Automation Developer to drive digital transformation across its business units. You will design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve decision‑making, and create measurable operational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes across departments and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply AI and machine‑learning techniques to optimise processes and support data‑driven decisions.
• Train, deploy, monitor, and optimise machine‑learning models and AI‑driven tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support for automation systems, including updates, testing, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Continuously improve existing automation workflows and explore new optimisation opportunities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, automation trends, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation or a related field.
• Proven experience in automation development, process optimisation, or intelligent automation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business‑process improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
