AI Tester

About the role

Join a technology‑driven organization at the forefront of artificial intelligence. As an AI Tester you will ensure AI‑powered products, models and applications are reliable, accurate, secure and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for AI, machine‑learning and generative‑AI applications.
• Validate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, fairness and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Identify, document and track defects, anomalies and performance issues.
• Assess AI systems for bias, security, explainability and compliance risks.
• Analyse datasets and test‑data quality to ensure valid model performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor AI solutions in production and recommend continuous improvements.
• Produce detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Hands‑on experience testing AI, machine‑learning, generative‑AI or data‑driven applications.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA best practices and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
