Apparel Team Leader

About the role

The Apparel Team Leader will manage and grow the new Apparel brand, ensuring an outstanding service culture and operational excellence. The role supports the Store Manager and assumes full responsibility for the store during scheduled shifts or in the manager’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including sales, after‑sales, stock, merchandising and security.
• Lead and develop the allocated team, providing coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Maintain store appearance, planogram integrity, signage and seasonal visual standards.
• Execute stock management, loss‑prevention controls and daily inventory checks.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales, stock levels and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security and company policies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or service‑oriented environment, managing a small team.
• Experience in apparel, clothing or fashion retail is essential.
• Familiarity with retail systems, technologies and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a high‑energy, customer‑focused attitude.
