About the role
Halfway Icaur, Omoda and Jaecoo Ballito, a division of Halfway Group Holdings, is hiring three New Vehicle Sales Executives. The selection will follow the company's Employment Equity Plan and Workforce Profile requirements, with the aim of promoting equity across race, gender and disability.
Key responsibilities
- Engage actively with prospective customers, make sales and meet targets.
- Build an in-depth understanding of the car inventory and use it to encourage customers to buy.
- Stay informed about stock and give customers educated recommendations.
- Drive clients on test drives, showing all vehicle features and answering questions.
- Know costs, possible add-ons and the various pricing structures.
Required profile
- Ideally Grade 12, a marketing diploma or a tertiary qualification.
- A valid driver's licence.
- 2 to 3 years of motor industry sales experience.
- Friendly, cheerful, vibrant, approachable and self-motivated.
