Apparel Sales Consultant (Full-time/Part-time)

About the role

The Apparel Sales Consultant role is focused on building a new apparel brand, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets alongside the apparel team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and engaging customer experience and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in store meetings to share performance, celebrate sales, and identify training needs.
• Adhere to trading hours, opening/closing procedures and ensure proper staffing.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, signage, planograms and visual merchandising standards.
• Support front‑of‑house operations including pricing, promotions and loss‑prevention activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or service‑oriented environment, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Understanding of retail procedures, standards, loss‑prevention and health & safety policies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• High energy, enthusiastic and well‑groomed with a strong work ethic.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift items and perform physical tasks.
