AI‑Driven Solutions Architect (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a business‑minded, AI‑driven Solutions Architect to help leading property companies turn real‑estate challenges into measurable business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging strategy and delivery, and guiding clients from vision to adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy workshops, identify high‑impact use cases such as portfolio forecasting, lease abstraction, predictive maintenance and tenant sentiment analysis.
• Translate business objectives into AI road‑maps with clear success metrics and ethical, secure, scalable adoption plans.
• Design and prototype AI solutions using enterprise‑grade tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data landscapes.
• Partner with developers, data architects, data scientists and consultants to deliver proofs‑of‑concept and pilot projects, monitoring performance and adoption.
• Develop deep knowledge of real‑estate processes and stay abreast of emerging PropTech and AI innovations.
• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to internal capability growth and support proposals, pitches and demonstrations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture or related roles, with at least 6 months focused on AI.
• Proven ability to engage with C‑suite executives and delivery teams, influencing strategy and execution.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft technology stack is a plus; PropTech or real‑estate exposure advantageous but not mandatory.
• Curious problem‑solver passionate about delivering business value through AI.
