AI-First Marketing Operator

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for an AI‑First Marketing Operator to lead the agency’s AI‑driven marketing engine. The role combines strategic storytelling, content creation and AI automation to build authority and demand for the brand and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and continuously improve AI agents, reusable skills and automated workflows that power the agency’s website, SEO content and LinkedIn presence.
• Produce high‑quality written and visual assets, including articles, research packs and creative graphics.
• Maintain the agency’s authority engine by ensuring content is on‑brand, SEO‑optimized and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and the commercial team to provide research packs and briefing materials.
• Monitor performance metrics and use AI insights to refine campaigns and content strategies.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing ability with an eye for design.
• Marketing instinct for narrative building across posts, pages and campaigns.
• Systems thinking and comfort working with AI‑native workflows.
• Ability to make judgement calls on what content ships.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven marketing platforms or tools.
