AI-First Creative Account Manager

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for an AI‑First Creative Account Manager to grow client confidence, satisfaction and account value for globally recognised entertainment brands. You will work remotely from anywhere in South Africa, collaborating with teams that blend client leadership, creative judgment and AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as the internal advocate for their vision.
• Translate client briefs into strong social‑media concepts and provide precise feedback on copy, design and video.
• Review and refine AI‑generated work, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Bring structure to ambiguous projects, challenge weak scopes and keep clients informed of next steps.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high‑impact social content for animation and entertainment properties.

Required profile

• Passion for fandoms and deep understanding of audience motivations.
• Strong relationship ownership, commercial awareness and creative confidence.
• Comfortable working Pacific Time hours (approximately 9:00 am–5:30 pm PT).
• Self‑motivated remote worker able to thrive in an AI‑native agency environment.

• Annual salary between ZAR 450,000 and ZAR 600,000 (full‑time, permanent).
