Africa Regional Manager

About the role

Bitunix is seeking an Africa Regional Manager to own content localization and community operations across the continent. You will be the local voice of the brand, adapting global campaigns, producing high‑impact content, and turning social channels into a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global campaigns, product launches, and educational material for African markets with true cultural localization.
• Rewrite global copy to sound native, using local tone, slang, memes and trading culture.
• Plan, produce and publish original content on X/Twitter, Telegram and other region‑specific platforms.
• Maintain the regional content calendar and ensure a consistent publishing rhythm.
• Run and grow Telegram, Discord and other community groups, turning sentiment into acquisition and retention levers.
• Track content and community KPIs, produce weekly performance reports and run A/B tests on formats and posting times.

Required profile

• 2+ years in content marketing, community management or regional marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech or fast‑moving consumer products.
• Strong English writing skills with the ability to produce market‑native copy.
• Proven experience managing social channels at scale, with measurable results.
• Deep familiarity with the African crypto scene, its KOLs, platforms and cultural nuances.
• Self‑starter comfortable working across time zones with a remote global team.
