About the role

Industaff Solutions, a dynamic labour brokerage based in Parow, is seeking Administrative Officer 1 candidates for temporary positions with a local municipality in the Western Cape.

Key responsibilities

Provide guidance and advice to staff.
Quality‑control work produced by the section.
Supervise and allocate work, typically overseeing up to five clerks.
Train junior staff.
Enhance administrative procedures and processes.
Develop and performance‑manage staff.
Handle complex and problematic customer/client queries.
Perform complex or specialised administrative functions.

Required profile

South African citizenship with a valid ID document.
Grade 12 qualification, computer literacy, and up to five years of relevant experience.
Specialised knowledge of administrative processes and procedures within a specific area.
