Admin Clerk

About the role

RCL Foods is seeking an Admin Clerk to support its Commercial team in Tzaneen. The role involves handling office supplies, processing orders, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations of the bakery and related functions.

Key responsibilities

• Place and manage general office orders such as stationery, staff refreshments and consumables.
• Process purchase orders, invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely payment and accurate ledger entries.
• Track delivery dates, follow up on back‑orders and verify received goods.
• Maintain daily filing of invoices, purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
• Monitor monthly expenses and ensure supplier invoices are received before due dates.
• Assist with stock counts, prepare stock movement reports and investigate variances.
• Support petty cash requests and act as a relief cashier or van‑sheets clerk when needed.
• Answer phone calls professionally, route calls and welcome visitors at reception.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an office or administrative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
