About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our fast‑growing transport and logistics operations in Midrand. The role involves managing document flow, coordinating with finance and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery of paperwork.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the document flow between transport, logistics, customers and finance.
- Oversee end‑to‑end Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- File documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Logistics departments.
- Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Proven experience in an office environment, even if from a different field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
- Organised, reliable, proactive and able to take initiative.

What we offer
