About the role
Eduvos is seeking an experienced Accounting Lecturer to join its Durban campus on a part‑time, independent‑contract basis. The role involves delivering commerce‑related modules to undergraduate students and supporting departmental administration as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures on accounting and related commerce subjects.
- Develop teaching materials, assessments and case studies aligned with the curriculum.
- Provide academic support and feedback to students.
- Assist the academic department with administrative tasks, scheduling and departmental activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and other required documentation.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience teaching accounting or commerce at a tertiary level.
- Ability to work independently on a flexible, part‑time schedule.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
