Account Developer

About the role

The Account Developer will join the Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa sales team, managing a defined territory and driving growth of our ready‑to‑drink beverage portfolio. This position is designed as a stepping‑stone for future sales leaders, offering hands‑on experience, structured learning and exposure to digital sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a sales territory, building relationships with existing and new customers.
• Execute frontline sales activities, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf placement.
• Monitor customer performance, identify growth opportunities and act on them.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and promotions.
• Report on sales results and market insights using company digital platforms.
