About the role
The Account Developer will join the Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa team focusing on the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channel. You will own a defined territory, drive frontline execution and contribute directly to customer growth and overall business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA customers within an assigned territory.
- Execute sales plans, promotional activities and product launches on the field.
- Monitor market trends, gather customer insights and report performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal product availability and service quality.
Required profile
- Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
