Outbound Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce services company as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. You will be the first point of contact for Amazon‑focused brands, generating qualified meetings and feeding a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Research and identify e‑commerce brands that match the ideal customer profile.
• Qualify prospects based on revenue, ad spend, growth stage and business needs.
• Book discovery calls and sales meetings for Account Executives using established processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes and activity tracking.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach, meeting‑setting and pipeline KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR or outbound appointment‑setting roles.
• Proven success in cold calling and multi‑channel prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and confidence speaking with founders and business owners.
