12‑Month IoT Internship Programme – 25 Positions

About the role

IoT.nxt, in partnership with Limco Consulting, is offering a 12‑month internship programme for recent graduates. The programme provides hands‑on experience developing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, cloud‑based platforms and other emerging technologies that drive connected ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development and testing of IoT prototypes and solutions.
• Support cloud‑platform projects, including deployment and monitoring tasks.
• Contribute to DevOps activities such as scripting, automation and infrastructure management.
• Participate in Project Management Office (PMO) processes, documentation and reporting.
• Provide support in functional areas such as HR, finance, digital marketing, IT networking and cyber security, depending on placement.

Required profile

• Hold a Degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing, HR, Finance, Cyber Security).
• South African citizenship.
• Currently unemployed and seeking full‑time experience.
• Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and work in a professional environment.
